Handling email delivery failures

At Wire, we strive to achieve the highest email delivery success rates. This includes implementing techniques like multiple retries, spam prevention, and using trusted IPs, to name a few. 

Even with such systems in place, email delivery may fail. Many times this is due to the customer providing an invalid email. Orders whose email delivery is not successful are marked as failed and brought to your attention for manual intervention.

When you open an order with failed email delivery, you can resend the email to an alternate customer email. You can also mark the order as complete if you have handled the product delivery outside of Wire.
