Your inventory

The inventory syncs your products from Shopify admin to Wire. You can add digital files or text value to any product (and variant). The inventory also displays statistics around your current plan usage.

You can search for a specific product or browse your catalog and select the product.

Search

• In the Product Search section, type in the product name.
• Click on 'Search.'
  
• A popup with a list of products matching your search will open.
  
• Select the product to manage the associated digital product.
  

Browse

• Click on 'Browse' in the Product Search section.
• A popup with a search bar and a list of all your products will open.
• You can select the product you need to manage the associated digital product.

Just like with variants of physical products, Wire expects and enables you to manage each variant separately. Hence, if your product has variants, select only one when searching or browsing.

1. Total data uploaded: Sum of the sizes of all files uploaded to Wire, excluding files of disabled products. Deliverables uploaded as Custom products will also be accounted for. This value is displayed against the current plan limit for the total data uploaded.
2. Data downloaded: Sum of the sizes of all files downloaded by your customers since the last reset. This quota resets every 30 days. The statistic is annotated with the next reset date to help you plan your quota utilization. Deliverables downloaded as Custom products will also be accounted for. 
3. URL/Text downloaded: Number of URL/Text download links accessed by your customers since the last reset. This quota resets every 30 days. Deliverables downloaded as Custom products will also be accounted for. The statistic is annotated with the next reset date to help you plan your quota utilization.
