- We recommend editing your order confirmation email template to add a message for your customers.
- In Shopify Admin, click on 'Settings'.
- Click on 'Notifications' and select 'Order Confirmation.
- This will open the 'Order Confirmation email template.
- Search for <!DOCTYPE html> in the template
- Please add the following snippet just before <!DOCTYPE html>:
