Introduction

Wire enables the sale of digital products.

These digital products include Files, PDFs, Images, Notion links, license keys, or a combination of all the above. 

As a merchant selling digital products, the first step is assigning which products/variants are digital.

You can manage that in the Inventory section of Wire. Read more here

You can set a product as a fixed deliverable and upload Files / Keys / Text (URLs) against them. Read more here

You can set a product as a custom deliverable if it's a digital product unique to each order. You would have to upload them and send deliverables once they are ready. Read more here

After you assign a product/variant as digital in Wire.  

We will deliver the products at checkout (if they are not custom deliverable). You'll be able to read more about it here.

Your customers receive the unique access link. You can read more about access links here

They will receive an email as well with the access link.

This email can be customized to suit your style. Read about it more here.

Upon clicking the access link, your customer can access your deliverables from your store or our managed external website. You can read more about it here
